Inform your doctor if you have low blood pressure, heart disease, kidney or liver problems, or are taking medicines for blood pressure or erectile dysfunction. Alfuzosin and tadalafil may cause dizziness or a decrease in blood pressure. Do not take nitrate medicines with tadalafil because this combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Seek medical advice if you experience persistent or severe side effects.
