Wash your hands: Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before applying the medicine. Check the product: Confirm the medicine name, strength, and expiry date. If the product is a suspension, shake it well according to the label instructions. Prepare the eye: Tilt your head backward or lie down comfortably and gently pull the lower eyelid downward to create a small pocket. Apply the prescribed amount: Hold the dropper or applicator close to the eye without touching the eye, eyelashes, eyelids, or surrounding skin. Apply the amount prescribed by your doctor. Close your eye: Gently close the eye after application. Avoid rubbing or squeezing your eyelids. Prevent contamination: Replace the cap securely after use and keep the applicator tip clean.
