Inject SAMIGLUTIDE 2MG subcutaneously (under the skin) once weekly, on the same day each week, at any time of day, with or without food. Recommended injection sites include the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. Rotate the injection site with each dose. Follow the dosing schedule provided by your physician, usually starting at a lower dose and gradually titrating upward as prescribed.

Before first use, store the pre-filled pen in a refrigerator between 2°C and 8°C (36°F to 46°F). Do not freeze. After first use, the pen can be kept at controlled room temperature (below 30°C) or in the refrigerator for up to 56 days. Store with the pen cap on to protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.
