FRUSIP PLUS 20 Tablets are a pharmaceutical combination formulation from Steris Healthcare, containing Furosemide 20 mg and Spironolactone 50 mg. Furosemide is a loop diuretic that increases the elimination of excess salt and water through urine. Spironolactone is a potassium-sparing diuretic and aldosterone antagonist that helps promote fluid removal while reducing potassium loss. The combination of Furosemide and Spironolactone may be prescribed for the management of edema (fluid accumulation) associated with conditions such as heart failure, liver disease, or certain kidney disorders. How to use
