RAPIDKOF DX is a combination cough and cold medicine containing Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg. Dextromethorphan helps suppress dry, irritating cough, while Chlorpheniramine Maleate helps relieve allergy-related symptoms such as a runny nose and sneezing. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride acts as a nasal decongestant and helps relieve nasal congestion associated with cold symptoms.
