Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate Tablets are combination lipid-lowering medicines prescribed for selected patients who need better control of cholesterol and triglyceride levels. This combination contains two active ingredients that work through different mechanisms to improve the blood lipid profile. Rosuvastatin belongs to the statin class and reduces cholesterol production in the liver by inhibiting the HMG-CoA reductase enzyme. Fenofibrate belongs to the fibrate class and primarily helps reduce triglyceride levels while potentially increasing HDL cholesterol. How to use
