How SEIZMET G3 850 Works Metformin Hydrochloride Prolonged-Release 850 mg helps reduce glucose production in the liver and improves the body's response to insulin. Glimepiride 3 mg belongs to the sulfonylurea class of antidiabetic medicines. It stimulates insulin release from the pancreas to help lower blood glucose levels.
