Cilnidipine 10 mg and Telmisartan 40 mg is a prescription combination used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) when both medicines are considered suitable for the patient. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels by reducing calcium entry into vascular smooth muscle cells.
