Aceclofenac, Paracetamol & Thiocolchicoside Tablets are a three-in-one combination prescribed by doctors for short-term relief of painful muscle and joint conditions. How to use

Dosage: Take the dose exactly as prescribed by your doctor. A commonly prescribed dose is one tablet twice a day, but your doctor will decide the right amount for your condition. Never increase the dose on your own. Best time to take: Take it after food or with a meal. This reduces the risk of acidity, stomach pain, and irritation caused by Aceclofenac. Space the doses about 12 hours apart if taken twice daily. How to swallow: Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break it unless your doctor tells you to. Duration of use: Use it for the shortest time possible. It is meant for short-term relief, and treatment is usually limited to about 5 to 7 days, as thiocolchicoside should not be used for long periods. Do not continue it longer than advised. Avoid extra paracetamol and painkillers: Do not take other paracetamol-containing medicines or other NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, diclofenac, or aspirin at the same time, as this can raise the risk of liver damage and stomach bleeding.
