THYRORISE 200 is a thyroid hormone replacement tablet marketed by Steris Healthcare, containing Thyroxine Sodium 200 mcg, also known as Levothyroxine Sodium. This medicine is a synthetic form of thyroxine (T4), a hormone naturally produced by the thyroid gland. Thyroxine Sodium is prescribed primarily for the treatment of hypothyroidism, a condition in which the thyroid gland does not produce sufficient thyroid hormones. It helps restore thyroid hormone levels and supports normal metabolism, energy regulation, and other essential physiological functions. How to use
Take THYRORISE 200 exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Levothyroxine is generally taken once daily on an empty stomach, 30–60 minutes before breakfast, with water. Calcium supplements, iron supplements, and certain antacids can reduce its absorption, so they generally need to be taken at least four hours apart from levothyroxine.
